Warranty Information

Rosewood Diesel Shop 7.3 Injector Warranty:

Generally speaking, as soon as you install injectors and run them, they should run very well. If there's a problem in materials or workmanship, it should be evident very soon after installation. This goes for injectors from any injector shop. If you develop an issue 3 months, 2 years, or 5 years after installation, 99% of the time it's not the builder's fault and not covered under any injector warranty. So read their fine print before choosing who builds your injectors!

Our 'fine print' is stated below.

In short, we offer a 1 year unlimited miles coverage on our least expensive Overhauled injectors, a 2 year unlimited miles coverage on Budget Build injectors, and a 3 year unlimited miles coverage on our full Premium and Premium Plus Rebuilt injectors. We hope our customers will let us know if any issues arise at any time as we strive to stand behind our products and to assist our customers with issues in any way that we can.

Overhauled
Our Overhauled injectors are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for the work we perform to the original purchaser, for a period of 1 year from the date the injectors leave our shop. We will not warranty nozzle issues or nozzle failures from reusing your used nozzles. We will not warranty any major wear parts re-used, and we will not warranty any used Injector Solenoids. If you decline any recommended repairs to your set then we reserve the right to adjust your warranty period, or eliminate it altogether. We will not warranty an injector with known faulty parts. If an issue arises with one of our Overahuled injectors, then the customer must properly identify the suspect injector and send it in for inspection and repair. We will not accept an entire set sent in for us to find your problem.

Budget Built
Our Budget Built injectors are essentially the same as our Overhauled injectors with all new stock nozzles included. These are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for the work we perform to the original purchaser, for a period of 2 years from the date the injectors leave our shop. We will not warranty any major wear parts re-used, and we will not warranty any used Injector Solenoids. If you decline any recommended repairs then we reserve the right to adjust your warranty period, or eliminate it altogether. We will not warranty an injector with known faulty parts. If an issue arises with one of our Budget Built injectors, then the customer must properly identify the suspect injector and send it in for inspection and repair. We will not accept an entire set sent in for us to find your problem.

Premium and Premium Plus Rebuilt
Our Premium and Premium Plus Rebuilt injectors are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the work that we perform to the original purchaser for a period of 3 years from the date the injectors leave our shop. We will not warranty any used Solenoids. If an issue arises with one of our Premium Rebuilt injectors, then the customer must properly identify the suspect injector and send it in for repair or replacement. We will not accept an entire set sent in for us to find your problem.

New Injectors
All Alliant Power injectors are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 2 years from the date the injectors ship out to you.

Items NOT covered by ANY of our warranties includes but is not limited to used Solenoids, improper injector installation, damage to your injectors due to poor quality of fuel including the use of Bio-Diesel, Waste Veggie oil, Waste Motor Oil, and Off-Road fuel, poor quality of engine oil used, i.e. extended oil change intervals, and modifications to our injectors by others, or other abuse.

Rosewood Diesel Shop, LLC cannot be held liable for damages done to your vehicle, engine, or any other vehicle component due to the installation of our new, modified or rebuilt injectors. We are not liable to cover any repair costs, diagnostic charges, injector shipping costs other than ground shipping back to you, or costs associated with injector installation, removal, towing expenses, rental vehicle fees, hotel expenses and any other fees should a problem arise with your vehicle and our injectors. We will not accept whole sets of injectors to exchange if a problem arises, only individual problematic injectors will be addressed which the customer must first properly diagnose.

Remember these are aftermarket Performance items, our warranty ONLY covers our products and materials, and the work that WE perform. Rosewood Diesel Shop, LLC is in no way responsible for any engine, engine component, or vehicle component failure due to the use of any of our products and/or instructions, or due to negligence of the person using any of our products and/or instructions.
